This new property is in the West Highland neighborhood of Denver. We are very excited about this neighborhood that has seen a lot of redevelopment. Our contractors are walking the property to make sure everything is lined up. We also have our designer set to check out the property. If all goes well, we should have this property ready to sell in May.
Neighborhood
It is no shock to anyone in the area that the Highlands neighborhood is a desirable place to live. With this property’s location in the West Highlands, it is blocks from Tennyson Street and Lowell. Both offer plenty of dining, drinking and shopping.
There is lots of redevelopment that has already taken place in this neighborhood. That includes houses, apartments, condos, shops, and newly built construction. Our project will be a perfect fit in this revitalized neighborhood.
Team Working
Our team has been in this property since before it closed. Contractors are getting everything lined up so that we can move as efficiently as possible. This means finalizing bids and making sure our scope of work is where it needs to be based on budget and time.
