Project Update 1/8/19

Rough in Work Complete

Our project on 836 Saint Paul St, Denver, CO, 80206 is coming down to the last stage. All of the rough work is basically complete. The HVAC is now installed. This is what allowed us to get rid of the boiler heat. We now also have air conditioner in this house! The new owner will love that in the Colorado summer. This house will be a nearly brand new house by the time someone decides to call this home.

The plumbing is also basically done. There are just a few things to tie up. We will soon have the tubs installed and the bathrooms will really start to take shape.

Electrical has been our hold up. We are currently waiting for a walk through with the City of Denver. We decided that the wait time was worth it for this project. We could just go in and rip everything out, which may still be the case. If the city confirms that anything can stay, that will save us from spending extra on our electrical budget.

Design Final

Our design team has been phenomenal. Arguably the most exciting part is seeing everything come together. We have seen our drawings and renditions for this house but that will not compare to the final result.

Essentially everything in this house is going to be brand new. This includes the roof, water heater, furnace, kitchen, bathrooms and nearly all of the floor.
