Project Update South University Pop Top

Our team has been waiting for permits to go through on this project. The permits have taken a little while due to the nature of the project as well as the city permit process. This house will have a second story addition (pop top) that we are going to put on. We were finally able to get some demo done on the inside of the house. It is a tricky process for our contractor as we are trying to save as much of the main floor as possible. The real trick will be getting the house sealed in as quick as possible as we are entering the winter season with potential for snow to get into our house and risk saving our existing kitchen, bathroom and floor. Luckily, our contractor has dealt with bigger projects and plenty of harsh conditions.
