Our contractors did an awesome job!

This week we finished up our project on 6614 Everett St. in Arvada and got it listed.

The final result is something that we are proud of and it is with much thanks to our contractors.

We had a few challenges like adding a structural beam in place of a wall to open up the kitchen. We also decided to tile the entire fireplace a couple days from our end date. These decisions were easy tasks for our contractors and the end result was well worth it.

The attention to detail is evident in each room. From the quartz island to the wood floor to the tiled bathrooms, skill was not an issue for these guys.

They did a great job in a pretty good time frame considering that there is not much in this house that isn’t brand new.
